This was the first project establishing through the trope of the Press Release the establishment of A.S.T. (Alliance of the Southern Triangle). It borrows from actual news footage of the timing of Rick Scott’s (former Governor of the State of Florida) censoring of the use of the term ‘climate change’ within the state capital’s affiliated agencies. This suppression of information, as well as the asymmetrical treatment of Florida (the South far outways the North with regard to State profit, yet is ground zero for climate change), necessitates a mandate and ‘a plan.’
